Product improvement:

1. The design incorporates a three-dimensional adjustment mechanism for the filling base, which fully solves the problem of powder leakage in production engineering, avoids friction between the measuring plate and the copper plate, improves the accuracy of filling, and extends the service life.

2. The camshafts associated with this machine are all formed in one go using a German Demage six axis CNC machining center. The cam of the transmission part of the machine is made of 40C steel, with surface nitriding treatment and nitriding depth of 0.5-1.0mm, HR55-60； Groove cam, flat groove cam: 38CrMoAL quenched steel, surface nitriding treatment, nitriding depth 0.5-1.0mm GRC55~60； Guide post: Gcr15 high-frequency quenching, depth 0.7~1.0mm HRC55~60 ； Ensure that the accessories are not easily worn out.

3. In order to ensure the lubrication of the machine and the service life of its accessories, our company has added an automatic oil pump on the basis of the old equipment, so that each cam and gear is equipped with oil pipes, which can be refueled in real time (automatically, with adjustable time and frequency), saving maintenance time.

4. The capsule discharge port has been equipped with an air compressor device, effectively solving the problem of static electricity blocking the discharge port of the capsule.

5. Improved the design of the turntable mold, using 90 original Japanese linear oil-free bearings, which increased the service life of the equipment (other manufacturers only use 40 bearings for turntables, while the other 50 are installed with copper sleeves, which wear out quickly and are not easy to replace).

6. The design of the measuring disc has been increased, thereby improving the uniformity of the powder flow inside the measuring disc. The scraper mechanism has been improved to ensure that the loading amount at the beginning and end of each station of the measuring disc is consistent with others, effectively controlling the difference in loading amount within ± 3%.
